  • Ed Morris, Co-Founder & ECD

    An experienced advertising creative director with diverse experience, Ed has produced award winning, effective campaigns for world famous brands. He has has seven years of in-house experience: At AB InBev he set up and ran their in-house agency, draftLine. He’s also worked at Kraft Heinz, TalkTalk, GSK, Allwyn and at creative ad agencies in London and Toronto. Ed’s in-house experience inspired the idea for Parachute Creative, giving brands the opportunity to create campaigns in-house without having to commit to a permanent ad department.

  • Jane White, Co-Founder & Brand Partnerships Lead

    Jane began her career at WCRS and then Havas where she was a board member before going on to become the Client Services Director at the leading post-production house, Framestore. Jane’s entrepreneurial spirit led to her establishing JW Collective to foster unique and innovative production partnerships across the creative marketing sector. JW Collective is a knowledge partner for IHALC (In-House Agency Leader’s Cub). This foray into the direct-to-brand world inspired Jane to establish Parachute Creative.

  • Mali Okoi-Obuli, Production Lead

    Mali is an award winning Executive Producer with 20 years of experience in advertising and branded content for fashion, sports, tech, music and lifestyle brands. She’s worked at Oliver in-house agency and for Google, Coca-Cola, Red Bull, Oxfam and adidas as lead for global production on football and the Stella McCartney collab. Mali has a passion for campaigns that bring cultural insights and creative vision to life. She is the Founder of OURHouse, a creative production shop focused on elevated content told through a global, culturally nuanced lens.

  • Chi-Mun Wong, Project Management Lead

    Chi is a passionate, ambitious and driven project management professional experienced in transforming and optimising high-performance in-house studios and operations. Chi has worked as creative resource lead at ABInBev’s in-house agency, draftLine, FitFlop footwear and top advertising and PR agencies. She specialises in leading cross-functional planning, scaling operations and implementing systems that unlock measurable efficiency gains and cost savings.

  • Steve Hopkins, Strategy Lead

    Over the last 25 years Steve has worked direct-to-brand and at many top creative agencies, including AMV BBDO, Mother and Atomic. He has helped define, build, and lead some of the best known brands in the UK from BT to B&Q, The National Lottery, Guinness, Homebase, HomeServe, Sky and PepsiCo. Steve believes that above all else, brands are built on clarity and simplicity, which is what he brings to every project he works on.

  • Tabitha Winter, Creative Operations Lead

    With over 20 years’ experience in creative operations, agency leadership and AI-driven workflow design, Tabitha helps teams work smarter without losing their creative spark. She believes the best processes live where the work happens — integrated into the tools and habits teams already use, supported responsibly by AI and automation. Tabitha has worked at in-house agency Oliver, NatWest, Entain and leading ad agencies. Her work with global brands has fixed bottlenecks, embedded better ways of working and made AI genuinely useful in day-to-day delivery.

TalkTalk / Rebrand
Integrated campaign: TV, digital, social, print

When lockdown closed pubs in 2020 my department at daftLine, ABInBev’s in-house agency, produced the 'Save Pub Life' campaign. An eGift-card scheme that allowed people to financially support their local in lockdown. Whatever donation individuals made ABInBev doubled. 20,000 eGift-cards were sold helping 1500 pubs received £1.2m in donations. The scheme was adopted globally in 21 different markets, raising $11.56m for local venues. Save Pub Life won at awards shows too: PR Week Awards - Best Use of Media Relations, One Show - Merit for Social Impact.

Digital activation, PR Campaign

I worked in-house at TalkTalk to launch the company’s rebrand. My team and I translated a new brand look into an integrated ad campaign.

ABInBev / Bud Light
Digital Innovation, social campaign

Bud Light was the first brand to appear on Cameo- the platform where celebs record whatever message you want! We created paid digital and social ads for each personality. A reactive, data-driven activation, it was the first ABInBev campaign to be optimised in flight. Engagement rates beat ABInBev benchmarks 7 times over with the campaign achieving 92% positive sentiment.

Integrated campaign: TV, social, OOH

PerfectDraft is the home appliance for draft beer. Perfect for when covid cancelled beer festivals. So we leveraged Oktoberfest to inspire beer fans to have their own beer festival fun at home. We brought the campaign thought to life in every feasible touch point relevant to an Oktoberfest party.

Social campaign

I worked with the Kraft Heinz Future Brands team to launch Ed Sheeran’s hot sauce onto social media. This video is just one example of the content we made. You can find more on my portfolio website here.
